I was in a SWAT raid in New Jersey and Wildcrest at Christmas time. A guy was selling purses. I went over went in his house five minutes later, swat rated on a complaint warrant, probably cause and conspiracy which I wasn’t the target. They put two AK-47’s on my head my face Drug me down the hallway and handcuffs put me outside search me three times and I kept on telling him I’m I only been in this house five minutes you can’t do this to me I was screaming get me a lawyer stop stop it was awful after all this trauma I’ve been through in the no knock warrant, it was awful They had me detained, and in handcuffs for six hours. It was awful.

I didn’t give consent they didn’t give me a choice either they just started searching me with consent without consent

The problem is the criminal is protected and the honest citizen is being punished they let the criminals go with very little consequences if any and they are the ones that commit most crimes so maybe the politicians that are responsible for letting criminals go should be charged with the crimes that are committed by the criminals they are letting go

So i was arrested for criminal possession of a loaded firearm in the 2nd degree, a C Felony (actual possession of a loaded firearm) but i'm actually innocent, i know everyone says that but i literally am, lol. I was given a ride to a vape shop, while i was inside the vape shop, the driver of the car that drove me there, threw a loaded handgun out his car and sped off. Passing customers found it, told the manager of the store who called 911 and when the cops showed up they looked at the security footage and seen the driver throw the gun out the car, they saw at no time was i in possession of the gun and soon the officers made it clear why they were asking me questions, i immediately said "i have no idea about a gun, i'm not saying anything without an attorney" and the officer said "okay we already have everything we need" i was cuffed and charged with "actual possession of a loaded handgun in the 2nd degree, C Felony! I was arrainged and bailed out, about a week later the prosecutor gets the footage and when he see's that i'm genuinely innocent as charged, instead of dropping/withdrawing the CPW2 he added another felony gun possession "Constructive possession" an E Felony. So right now i am being charged with BOTH Actual possession and Constructive possession of the same GUN! Is it just me or does the legal theory of each contradict the other? Actual possession means on my person or me and only me had exclusive access and control over it where as contructive possession by definition is it was NOT on me and instead of exclusive access and control i had SHARED access and control so by definition if i'm guilty of contructive possession i am innocent of actual possession and if i'm guilty of actual possession than i'm innocent of constructive possession. This is the legal equivelant of throwing a bunch of shit at the walls and hoping something sticks. By the states OWN defitnition of actual possession i am 100% innocent and the vape shop security cams clearly show that. The officers also went into my phone and removed evidence without a warrant or probable cause, my clown legal aid lawyer says cops can search your phone anytime they arrest you! Yeah, thats legal aid for you, i guess he never heard of Wurie V USA, Riley V California. This case is a comlete shit show and i cant help but think if i had the money for a half competent lawyer this case would have been dropped already.

Time for a class action lawsuit and use us Traumatic Brain Injury patients. There are countless drugs im alot allowed to use because they were abandoned and I need them for my treatment. They don’t expire. Bench warrant will stay valid until you are caught. There’s no such thing as statue a limitation on a bench warrant. Statute of limitation is a time period for them to charge you. Once you get arrested and charged, then that’s it. If you skip court you have a bench warrant put on you until you get caught even if it’s 50 years later

So here's my case, I got a possession of controlled substance (fake meth that wasn't drugs but was in a baggie) and 1 count of possession of drug paraphernalia. But listen I immediately took responsibility for the meth pipe for my boyfriend due to my boyfriend at the time was facing 5 years if he got charged with another (4th) DUI/DWI but they asked me if they'd find anything else in the car if they searched which they were aloud to due to him being on bail/probation/alcohol monitor bracelet and I truly didn't think there was anything else in the car. Well there was a baggie with "drugs" that he got burnt with so it wasn't any sort of drug they threw me around and threw cuffs on me yelling at me telling me now we asked if we would find anything else and you lied. And I said no I didnt what are you talking about? And they showed me, and I was like uhm no sir I was being honest when I said you wouldn't find anything, so obviously it's not mine or I just dont remember having it there. It was I my boyfriend's cigarette pack and so I denied it the entire time and then found Subutex which I said I had them left over from my old prescription and so they just charged me with 2 charges but I should only face paraphernalia charge so wtf? What do I do? First time offender by the way and live near Mount Carmel PA

I attend the Sanctioned Wildwood classic car show every year, always respectful. This year this group, H2Oi, came in UNsanctioned, with bad elements, thumbing their noses at the community and police causing damage and crashes that caused at least 2 deaths.

Gambone, you are a buffoon and a bloviator. I'm in Wildwood right now. I witnessed the H2Oi crowd behaviour and saw the tremendous lengths LEOs made to try to control things. I've come to the fall car show for almost 20 years. The police have always done a great job. The true enthusiasts rarely cause trouble and any people violating traffic laws are ticketed. As a "lawyer" you know damn well the Police cannot legally block people from visiting Wildwood or any other public place. Come down off your high horse, get the facts before you shoot off your mouth and stop trying to fan the flames in hopes of lining your own pockets. You're no better than a bottom feeder ambulance chaser.

The event that happened the first few day was just a normal car now with people just hanging out and looking at cars what happened that night was the people who do takeovers and have no care for human life they are not with the others and are ruining the community that people have spent their lives building up

I was at a car show in wildwood earlier this year. It was approved and organized. The leader of that event heavily is against this behavior and likes parking and looking at cars. This event was horrible and should be shut down and strong criminal charges, but approved and respectful car shows can happen in wildwood. I saw no complaints from the weekend of ASM Wildwood. I know this is a minor point, but since it was referenced I wanted to mention it. “Takeover” culture is a cancer that should be eradicated, but car shows with a proven history of respect and behaving should be allowed to continue.
